Meditation is one the greatest art in the world. Meditation is to create oneself from a unconscious human being to fully conscious being. Meditation is the art of being fully aware and conscious in one's actions, thoughts and feelings. Every one can meditate but sadly only few people really dares to meditate and go deeper into it.Any action done with awareness is meditation. We can be meditative while eating, walking, talking, sleeping etc. Kind of activity we are performing does not matter but what is important is to bring our awareness in our actions.

Carolyn Sinclair is our guest. She will share the benefits of Walking Meditation with us. In 2000 when her marriage of 25 years came to an end and her life turned upside down, she learned the art. Although she knew other forms of meditation, she found no relief from the pain and sorrow of the loss she was experiencing, and became depressed. Realizing she was in emotional trouble, she went to visit a Chinese Master who told her all her chaotic emotions were the result of her thinking, judging mind. He also said that if her mind became more peaceful and calm and she resided in the present moment, she would heal. She was surprised Walking Meditation didnt feel like other forms of meditation, because she was fully awake, aware, present in the moment. She wondered whether she was meditating at all. That is because Walking Meditation is a dynamic, mindfulness, awareness based meditation which unifies the mind, body and spirit and leads one into the present moment.
